Seoul, South Korea

We're about to embark on trips to Ibiza and Seville in Spain, Split, Croatia and Santorini, Greece, so I better hurry up and finish our posts from earlier in the year!

The last stop of our two month whirlwind tour of Asia was Seoul, South Korea. We took an "overnight" (aka 3 hour) flight from Hanoi to Seoul and had several hours to explore the city before Karim headed back to France and I headed to Washington state to visit Kelsey and her awesome family. Karim and I literally spent 6 hours in Seoul, so this is by no means a comprehensive post of what the city has to offer, but hopefully we'll have a chance to explore it again in the not too distant future since our good friends Parkin and Irene will be moving there.

The sun rising over Seoul. We're soooo tired
We visited an amazing temple toward the north of the city - Karim - what was the name?
One of hundreds of detail shots of the temple - so cool!
Awesome sculpture with mountains in the background
A gorgeous painted interior

Traditional attire
